I started with a small software company and helped grow the developer team, the quality team, and the customer service team. I implemented processes as we built those teams and I improved those processes as the teams grew. I developed and installed technologies to assist in all operations throughout the company. I left to do a six month volunteer project in Laos. Now I manage projects for a consumer web company.
